Pleme was designed to allow all Croatians and people interested in Croatia to communicated with each other with the push of a button.

    1. Services We Provide

Pleme is building technologies and services which will enable people to connect with each other, build communities, make friends, grow business and explore topics they are interested in with a focus on Croatia. 

We do not currently charge you to use Pleme, however this may change in the future, but we, here at Pleme are committed to keeping you updated and informed, if and when this may change. 

To help us build Pleme, we may engage business and organisation to show you ads for their products and services. Some of these advertisements may pay Pleme, or Pleme may receive add sense from these advertisements. By using Pleme, you agree that we can advertise to you by showing you ads we think will be relevant to you and your interests. We may sometimes use your personal data to help determine which ads we show you.

Pleme has been designed to keep you in touch with people who share common interests with you. Pleme is all about connecting Croatians everywhere, with other Croatians, from fun to business, Pleme wants to help you connect and become informed with things your passionate about and things you just want to know more about.

If you contribute to a forum or page (if any) or make any public comments on Pleme which are, in our opinion, unlawful, defamatory, harassing, abusive, fraudulent or obscene or in any other way inappropriate or which conflict with Pleme or the Services offered, then we may at our discretion, refuse to publish such comments and/or remove them from Pleme.

We reserve the right to refuse or terminate service to anyone at any time without notice or reason.

We hold the copyright to the content on Pleme and its associated services, including all uploaded files, layout design, data, graphics, articles, file content, codes, news, tutorials, videos, reviews, forum posts, comments, photos and databases contained on the Website, the Pleme application or in connection with the Services. You must not use or replicate our copyright material other than as permitted by law.  Specifically, you must not use or replicate our copyright material for commercial purposes unless expressly agreed to by Pleme Pty Ltd, in which case we may require you to sign a Licence Agreement.

We retain the right to bring proceedings against you for breach of these Terms and Conditions, in your country of residence or any other appropriate country or jurisdiction.
